The Assessor’s Office has begun verification inspections for
Fiscal Year 2009 (exterior and interior). The inspections are being
planned by area. Postcards are being sent in advance of the
inspections. If you receive a postcard, you can call our office to
schedule an appointment
The inspection takes about 10 minutes. Appointments are
scheduled between 8AM and 4PM; however, appointments can be
scheduled before 8AM or after 4PM if this is more convenient for
you.
Property inspections are triggered each year for the following
reasons:
· Properties that have sold in the past calendar year
· Properties that have an outstanding permit(s) with the
Assessor’s Office
· Properties that have not been inspected in the past 3 to 5
years

appreciated with this verification process.

Residential Rate: $11.65
Commercial-Industrial-Personal Property Rate: $20.08
Meetings at 8:30AM in the Selectman's Meeting Room
