Medical Transportation Services
Two types of medical transportation services are available through the Council on Aging.
Local - Hopedale, Milford, Upton
Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday
Appointments between 9:15 am and 3:30 pm. (No transit between 12:00-12:30 pm)
$2.00 one way, $3.00 round trip
Handicapped-accessible van with curb to curb service
Out of Town - Boston, Franklin, Framingham, Natick, Providence and Worcester
Boston, Framingham, Natick, Providence - Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday
Worcester and Franklin - Thursday or Friday
Suggested Donations range from $5.00 to $25.00
Handicapped-accessible van with curb to curb service
This transportation is made possible through a Service Incentive grant with the Blackstone Valley Consortium of COAs.
Call the Hopedale Senior Center at 634-2208. We want to stress the importance of scheduling your request for a ride as far in advance as possible.
If your transportation request is critical and outside of the designated hours of operation, please call the Council on Aging Director, Carole Mullen, for assistance.
