A Taste of Spring

The Friends of the Bancroft Memorial Library will host a cooking demonstration on Quick and Easy Springtime Appetizers on Wednesday, March 24th from 6:30 to 8 p.m., at the Bancroft Memorial Library, 50 Hopedale St., Hopedale, MA. This demonstration will take place in the downstairs program room.
Tracey Liberatore of The Little White Market will show how to whip up six easy appetizers for springtime entertaining. Shrimp kabobs, homemade pineapple salsa and s’mores cups are just a few things on the menu. Copies of the recipes will be available for all attendees. Attendees must register by Friday, March 19th at the front desk or by calling 508-634-2209. This event is free to the public.
Mrs. Liberatore has over twenty years experience in the food business. As the kitchen manager while employed by The Courtyard in Milford, she won two Marriott awards – The Diamond Associate Award and the Make a Difference Award. She is the chef and owner of The Little White Market in Hopedale which offers lunches and dinners to go, as well as catering and event planning.
