The Park Deptartment's Summer Tennis Program has been nominated for "Tennis Program of the Year - Northeast Region" by the U.S. Tennis Association. Thanks to all who participated in this year's program and congratulations to Barry Gorman and his assistants: Katherine Englund, Kevin Espanet, and Brian Rossacci, for a job well done!
The Park Department is pleased to be able to once again provide tennis
lessons for children and adults as part of our Summer Recreation Program
at the Town Park. Barry Gorman returns for his 8th year as our program
coordinator and instructor.
Cost for this 6 week program - which includes lessons and tournament entry
- affordable for all families:
Per-Session Cost: $15 per child, $30 per adult - Hopedale residents only.

8AM - 9 AM: Beginner 1
9AM - 10 AM: Beginner 2
10AM - 11 AM: Intermediate 1

This is a class for the "little ones" that serves as a brief
introduction to the racquet, skills and movement concepts related to
tennis.A great class to help build confidence and readiness to succeed in
the Beginner 1 or 2 lessons.
