and are due 11/1/07.
Responsibilities of the Treasurer/Town Collector:
The Collector's Office is responsible for the collection of all bills issued by the Town. (Motor Vehicle Excise, Personal Property, Real Estate and Water/Sewer. We are also responsible for collection of monies from other town departments. Municipal Lien Certificates are processed in this office for a fee of $25.00. If you are mailing your payment it must be received in the Collector's Office by the due date. Postage Dates are Not Accepted. Late payments will accrue interest and late fees.
Fees:
Bad check fee - $25 per check or 2-1/2% of the face value of said check whichever is higher. Legal fees received in the collection of Tax Title Cost.
