Owl Moon

It's the time of year to bundle up and come to the Bancroft Memorial Library for Owl Moon.  On Wednesday, January 25th children age 3 and older are invited to come to the Library to take part in our special owl hunt.  We'll share a selection of stories about owls, then hunt through the darkened Children's Room for our elusive snowy owl....she can be hiding anywhere.  After finding her (sometimes she gets away and has to be found a second time) we will all enjoy cocoa and cookies before we head back into the cold.  Our owl hunt will begin at 6:30 PM. Remember to bring a flashlight!
