Recycling - It's easier than you think!
Think recycling is hard work or confusing? Well, good news! Recycling requirements have changed over the years making it even simpler for you to take part. You no longer have to remove labels or keep track of many other recycling rules. Most items can just be dropped in the appropriate bin!
Did you know...?
Massachusetts prohibits the disposal of the following items:
- Paper and cardboard
- Bottles and cans
- Leaves and yard waste
- Car batteries
- TVs and computers
- Large home appliances
Be sure to keep these items out of your trash. For details on how to recycle them call the Board of Health Department 508-634-2203 ext. 222
