Medical Transportation Services

Local:  Hopedale, Milford and Upton

  • Appointments between 8:45 am 3:00 pm - Monday through Thursday  (updated)
  • Friday 8:45 am - home by 12:00 pm
  • No transit between 11:30 noon and 1:00 pm daily  
  • $2.00 one way / $3.00 round trip
  • Handicapped Accessible Van
  • Curb to Curb service only

*Please note that we transport to Milford pharmacies for prescription drugs.

 Out-of-town: Boston, Worcester, Providence, Framingham, Natick, Franklin, Bellingham

  • Appointments no earlier than 10:30 am and ready for pick-up by 1:00 pm
  • $25.00 - round trip - Boston, Worcester and Providence
  • $10.00 - round trip - Framingham and Natick
  • $5.00 – round trip - Franklin
  • Handicapped Accessible Van
  • Curb to Curb Service
Call the Hopedale Senior Center at (508) 634-2208 for reservations at least three (3) business days in advance of your appointment. We stress the importance of scheduling your request for transportation far in advance of your appointment. If your appointment is critical and outside the designated hours of operation please call Carole Mullen for additional assistance.
 

Errand Transportation Services  

The Sr. Center will transport seniors to the Sr. Center, grocery stores, hair salons and barber shops, banks other local stores and more!
Hours of Operation are:
Tuesday and Thursdays - 9:30 am - 2:00 pm (Home by 2:00 pm)     Every other week.  Check the monthly Activity Calendar for scheduled weeks of operation.

 We will transport to the following towns:

                      Hopedale, Mendon, Upton, Milford, Bellingham - $3.00 Roundtrip    

                      Uxbridge, Franklin, Holliston, Hopkinton - $5.00 Roundtrip                                                     

  • All riders must first register with the Sr. Center to use the Errand Van.  Call (508)634-2208.
  • Requests must be made 48 hours in advance of your trip request.

  • The Errand Van Program is a partnership between the town of Hopedale and
     the MetroWest Regional Transit Authority (MWRTA).
