will be offered at the Bancroft Memorial Library
on the following Mondays:
April 2 & 23, May 7 & 21, and June 4 & 18, 2011
from 7:00-8:00 p.m. in the Program Room
Practicing meditation on a regular basis is associated with mental and physical health benefits. Meditation can be useful in dealing with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and high blood pressure. Meditation helps you stay in the present moment instead of worrying about the future and past.
Bring a mat or you may sit in a chair.
