Disclaimer

Hopedale Town Park is an open, multi-use recreational space where a number of activities may be on-going simultaneously. Groups utilizing the facilities have a responsibility to maintain the safety of the area around them and to minimize activities beyond the scope of an event that places others in the Park at risk.  Conversely, those using the Park do so with the understanding that hazards such as errant/foul balls from the ball field, basketball court and tennis courts can, despite safeguards, unsuspectingly cause injury to people or property.  Parents should be especially watchful of young children when a field or court are in use.
