Business Registration Form

The Hopedale Police Department responds to hundreds of alarms per year. While it is easy to find the business number in the phone book and contact someone when the business is open, the police do not always know who to contact when the business is closed and there is an emergency. You can help by filling out a registration form for your business (below). Please provide at least 2 people we may contact in case of an emergency. Any additional contacts can be provided in the additional information section of the form along with any information about your business that might be important for us, such as hazardous materials on site.
